A man arrested on Monday after allegedly brought two Molot cocktails to the US Capitol in Washington, DC, said he initially intended to kill The speaker of the house Mike Johnson, R-L., And the newly accused Minister of Defense of Peta Hegsetth and the Minister of the Scott Bessent Treasury, said federal prosecutors.
Ryan English surrendered to US Capitol Police, saying he had two Molot cocktails made with 50 millilitar absulzing bottles of vodka and more knives, according to court documents. He is accused of carrying firearms, dangerous weapons, explosive or flammable devices on the Capitol Fundamentals and illegally receiving or possessing firearms.
During the search, officials found English with a folding knife and Molot cocktails in the jacket pockets, the authorities said.
“The USCP K9S swallowed and cleaned the area, while other USCP officials found an English car along the 900 Independent Avenue, SW,” the Capitol Police Statement said. “Investigators have discovered materials to make additional Molot cocktails inside the vehicle.”
