Statements come a month after Vividly detailed allegations of sexual harassmentretaliation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and more against Baldoni and film producer Jamey Heath in the complaint, which was first filed in the California Department of Civil Rights and later in federal court.

After release, Blake Lively’s legal team he requested that an order be issued on Baldoni’s lawyer.
Lively’s team slammed Freedman for making multiple statements to the media that could shut down the jury if the sexual harassment allegations against Baldoni make it to court.

The filing says that after the New York Times’ “Bombshell” article included Lively’s sexual harassment allegations against Baldoni, the release of the unredacted tapes of “This Ends With Us” was vital to protecting Baldoni.
