In order to qualify for the ballot in November 2028, Evans must collect signatures of at least 546,651 Registered voters To July 22, if approved, the measure would not initiate the independence of the golden state.
Instead, they would declare “voting on distrust of the United States” and “The expression of the will of the California people” to become an independent country without a change of state government or its relationship with the USA
In addition, a 20-member commission would be established, which would study whether California could manage itself and its sustainability as a nation.
