UP Warriorz is facing big failure while Chamari Athapathth has gone


UP Warriorz (UPW) is ready to face a significant failure in the midst of the current Women’s Premier League 2025 (WPL 2025), as the comprehensive festive Sri Lankan Chamari Athapathth will leave the tournament to join the national team for their upcoming tour of the white ball in New Zelan.

The women’s national cricket team in Sri Lanka will play the White Ball series in Novi Zealand of March 4 in Pickier, and the cricket Sri Lanka (SLC) has already ordered Chamari Athapathth to leave WPL 2025 on national obligations.

And now it is expected that Chamari Athapathth will be available for UP Warriorz only until February 26, which means he can play four more games at the current WPL before embarks on a white ball series.

Athapathth will play their last game for UPW in the current WPL 2025 against Mumbaj Indians in Bengalur. After this away game, UP Warriorz will head to Lucknow to the final league phase, where he will play three home games without Sri Lankan skipper.

Chamari Athapathth should play four more games in WPL 2025
