This was left at 11.am, it was wrong because of the ICC that he hadn’t dealt with so much, much earlier – Ehsan Mani
Ehsan Mani, who was President of the PCB from 2018 to 2021, spoke about how ICC Champions Trophy 2025 was stored. He said that ICC was long aware that India would not travel to Pakistan, and their approach to dealing with those issues at 11. The hour was wrong. In an interview with Hindustan Times, he said:
“She is a very disappointing way of managing. The responsibility for this is with the ICC. When they assigned events to India and Pakistan, knowing current relations between countries, and then at ICC he was completely to ensure that the events and problems that appeared were solved much, long before the tournament actually started,”
“This was left at the 11th. It was wrong because of the ICC that he hadn’t been dealing with so much, much earlier. Both plates together and came up with the ICC solution, not a PCB or BCCI solution.”
The terrain was the same for all the teams that play there – Ehsan Mani
Ehsan Mani also talked about talks about India that have an unjust advantage of playing in one place. He mentioned that the terrain was the same for all the teams that played there and there is no point in being critical. He said:
“The terrain was the same for all the teams that played there. Yes, BCCI played in one ground for all these matches, but that is something ICC has decided from the beginning from the beginning. It makes no sense to be critical about it later.”
