Video surveillance seems to show the last moments before the Sudiksha Konanka, a 20-year-old University student at Pittsburgh, disappeared last week. She was walking with three women and two men toward the beach at a resort in the Dominican Republic almost a week ago. Officials say that in this case the “person of interest” was appointed.
