Prosecutors call into question the impartiality of the judge to save time in Rubailes prison for his forced kiss of the Hermos football player.
Spanish prosecutors have requested that the trial of the former Chief of Football Federation in Luis Rubiales, for his forced kiss at Jenna Hermoso, annul him and restart, especially in question.
The request, on Thursday, comes after the Spanish Criminal Court was proclaimed last month last month that Rubiales was guilty of sexual abuse for a kiss, which happened after the Spanish football team won the World Cup and fined 10,800 euros ($ 11,370), saving him a sentence in a sentence that was considered a feminist group.
