A reputable Democrat claims that “the constitutional crisis is not currently happening” with Trump administration.
Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pa., Allegedly on Wednesday gave a Huffpost remark, on the same day the print secretary of the Karolina Leavitt White House stated that “a real constitutional crisis takes place in our court branch, where the judges of the district court in the whole country abuse their power to unilaterally block the basic executive the body of President Trump. ”
Just about three weeks back in the oval office, Trump’s administration was affected by at least 57 lawsuits that work to resist his policies and executive orders.

On Wednesday, Leavitt said: “We believe that these judges act as court activists, not sincere arbitration of the law.
“And they have issued at least 12 prohibitions against this administration in the last 14 days, often without citing any evidence or reasons for their lawsuits,” she continued.

“This is a part of the greater alignment of democratic activists and nothing more than the continuation of justice’s weapons against the President Trump,” Leavitt also said.
Leavitt claimed that “an extremely dishonest narrative” appears in recent days with the media “fears from the American people to believe that a constitutional crisis is happening here White house.”
“Fast news flashes these liberal judges who support their obstructive efforts: 77 million Americans voted in the election of this president, and each is a ban on the abuse of the rule of law and attempt to prevent the will of the people,” Leavitt added.
