Macron calls the temporary government of Syria to join the coalition against extremists under the leadership of the US

French President Emmanuel Macron on Thursday urged the temporary government of Syria to cooperate with a coalition leading the United States fighting for extremist groups, due to the uncertainty over the dedication of the United States to the region. The President spoke at a conference among European and Arab peoples to discuss the future of Syria after the repressive government of Bashar Assad was overthrown in December.
