Aviation lawyer discusses a likely lawsuit against the Government, American Airlines who have filed by the victims’ families

Air Force predicts families clash The victims will be charged with lawsuits against the US government and American Airlines in the coming days.

“Usually, immediately after – obviously the families are currently dealing with much shock and sadness – many times it is very difficult for people to wrap themselves around the aircraft accidents, because they just shouldn’t happen,” James Brauchle told Fox News Digital Thursday, adding that the air trips are “extremely safe”.
“We haven’t had a commercial accident in the United States that includes an American carrier since 2009.”

Brauchle said the main question of the family was while struggling with their sadness “Why did this happen? How did this happen? How could this happen? And they really look for answers.”
He added that once they pass through their “initial shock, this is usually the next step asking for answers and wants to know why it happened.”

He said he did not think that there was ever a fall in commercial aircraft in the US that did not result in a lawsuit.
“So, I’ll assume that it will happen,” Brauchle said. “And this is usually done, obviously, with the filing of a lawsuit.”
Based on his professional experience, he said, Avio -Company and the government will probably be sued.

He said the government’s responsibility could be double.
“One for the obvious management of a helicopter because the army flew it, but also the control of the air traffic that regulated and supervised the FAA airspace, which is again a government agency,” Brauchle said.
