US health officers ordered to stop cooperation with WHO immediately: Report
Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have been ordered to stop all collaborations with World Health Organization (WHO), according to the record received by Associated Press.
He allegedly sent a memorandum to the high leaders of the Agency by CDC official John Nkengasong on Sunday, just a few days after the president Donald Trump issued an executive command, withdrawing now from the United Nations agency (UN).
According to a letter, the stop policy applied to “all CDC staff dealing with WHO through technical working groups, coordinating centers, advisory committees, cooperation agreements or on other means-or-virtual.” Visiting the office also became forbidden until the “further instructions”.
Fox News addressed the CDC to the Ministry of Health and Human Services for comment, but did not immediately respond.

In an interview with the Associated Press, a public health expert of the University of Southern California, who cooperates with WHO at work against sexually transmitted infections, he said that stopping policy may have great consequences.
“Stopping communication and meetings with who is a big problem,” said Dr. Jeffrey Klausner, who learned from someone to a CDC for the memorandum.
Stopping cooperation, which Klausner said would “help us protect Americans abroad and at home” could influence how he now monitors certain epidemics. These include bird flu epidemic, which allegedly influenced American cattle, caused human infections and even increased food prices.

During the Las Vegas center on Saturday, Trump said the US pays $ 500 million a year, while China pays $ 39 million. However, the possibility of re -joining the organization is possible if anyone can “clean a little”.
“They offered me $ 39 million, they said,” We’ll get back to you for $ 39 million, “will reduce it with [$500 million] to [$39 million]And I refused them because he became so popular that I didn’t know if he would be well received even on [$39 million]But maybe we would think we repeat it, I don’t know, they have to clean it a little. “
