It didn’t take long for Varun Chakravarthy to make an impact with the ball in the ongoing game. The mystery spinner, in his second over, did most of the damage as he removed two big wickets in Harry Brook and Liam Livingstone to put the Indian national cricket team on top.

Varun Chakravarthy was the first to remove Harry Brook with a peach. He bowled a googly around, which the batsman looked to push down the ground, but ended up getting an inside edge. The ball hit his pads and rolled back onto the stumps leaving the batsman stunned.

If that wasn’t enough, Varun Chakravarthy came up with another magic bullet to remove Liam Livingstone. The batsman made room and exposed his stumps as the googly beat him. The batsman tried to punch this through the offside. He was beaten and his leg pole was pulled out.
