Fallon Sherrock and Beau Greaves failed to secure PDC Tour Cards at Q-School | News about darts
Fallon Sherrock and Beau Greaves were among the big names who failed to earn a PDC Tour Card at the Q-School in Milton Keynes on Sunday.
Sherrock was beaten 6-1 by James Beeton in the second round as her last chance to secure access to PDC events for the next two years passed.
Greaves fared slightly better than Sherrock, defeating Ted Evetts 6-0 in the second round, before being eliminated with a narrow 6-5 loss to Carl Sneyd.
Simon Whitlock, runner-up at the 2010 World Championships, suffered a similar fate, his hopes of securing a Tour Card dashed by a 6-3 defeat to Tom Sykes in the first round.
Former World No. 4 Mervyn King and three-time World Senior Darts Champion John Henderson also failed to secure Tour Cards.
Bradley Brooks, Darryl Pilgrim, Greg Ritchie, Adam Paxton, Cam Crabtree, Adam Lipscombe and Adam Warner have all secured their Tour Cards through the PDC Order of Merit.
In Europe, Cor Dekker, Maik Kuivenhoven, Karel Sedlacek, Oskar Lukasiak, Dominik Gruellich, Tytus Kanik, Rusty-Jake Rodriguez and Stefaan Henderyck all secured their Tour Cards on the final day of Q-School.
More to come.
