Royal Challengers Bengaluru Women have made a major change to their squad ahead of the next edition of the Women’s Premier League. Sophie Molineux was excluded from the tournament, and in her place, the team added Charlie Dean as a substitute.
Releasing an official statement, the franchise said: “Our champion all-rounder Sophie Molineux has unfortunately been ruled out of #WPL2025 due to a knee injury and the England all-rounder 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐞 𝐄𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐧 was chosen to replace her. Welcome to #ourRCB, Charlie! We can’t wait to see you sprinkle your magic on the field”
