Ten years after the attacks on Charlie Hebdo and Hypercacher in the Paris region in 2015, commemorations for the victims are being held in front of Hypercacher, as well as debates organized by Jewish organizations and Charlie Hebdo magazine. A rally against anti-Semitism and all forms of racism is also scheduled tonight, in the context of an increase in anti-Semitic incidents in France.
