Trump reverse the course, delaying some tariffs on Mexico and Canada in the midst of economic fears

US President Donald Trump said on Thursday that he suspended new tariffs to most imports from Mexico and Canada until April 2. Exceptions came after Canada adopted aggressive countermeasures when Trump imposed 25% of tariffs on imports of two American neighbors and the largest shopping partners.
