The Ministry of Justice announced that 43-year-old Ceferino Espinosis was accused of conspiracy of drugs and fiery weapons.
According to court documents, Angulo allegedly hired dozens of attackers in Mexico to protect and support the leaders of Joaquin Guzmán Loera, or “El Chapo”, a faction of the Sinalo cartel.
Some of the leaders who protected the weapons were included by Ivan Guzmán Salazar, Jesus Alfredo Guzmán Salazar, Ovidio Guzmán López and Joaquin Guzmán López, who are collectively known as “Chapitos”.

Angulo is charged with conspiracy of obtaining chemicals of the fental prekursor, as well as conspiracy for production, distribution and imports Fentanil, cocaine, heroinmethamphetamine and ecstasy in the US
He also illegally owned a machine gun, the impression added.
“As allegedly, the defendant conspired to traffic hazardous drugs, including Fentanil, to the United States – and hired dozens of weapons to protect his drug trade and Guzhan’s Cartel Fraction leadership,” Antoinette T. Bacon from Criminal Department of the Ministry of Justice said. “Stopping Mexican cartels from the poisoning of our communities with Fentanil and other narcotics is the main priority of this administration. Today’s indictment shows that the criminal division is ruthless in the search for drug traders who profit to the detriment of the American people.”

Angulo is believed to live in Mexico, where an American order was issued for his arrest.
If he is convicted, Angulo faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 30 years in prison and a maximum punishment of life in prison.
El Chapo led Cartel Sinalo before a federal jury sentenced him to Brooklyn, New York, and sentenced him to a lifetime prison.
After the sentence, sons of El Chapo, the captain, allegedly took over the cartel. Since then, capitos have been charged with drug trafficking in additional federal indictments.

Last month, lawyers said that these Guzmán López and Joaquin Guzmán López were negotiating the application with the US Government for drug charges.
Both brothers initially stated that they were not guilty of allegations.
In 2023, federal prosecutors fell widespread indictments against dozens of cartel members, including brothers, in a investigation into a fentanil trade.

Zambada claimed that Joaquin Guzmán López had abducted him and flew into a private plane to the United States, where Joaquin Guzmán López surrendered to the authorities.
The FBI states that Zambada and Joaquin Guzmán López monitored the “tens of thousands of pounds of drugs to the United States, along with related violence”. Zambada should be in a court in New York next week.
Ovidio Guzmán López should be in court on February 27. The next court date of Joaquin Guzmán López is March 19th.
