Xavier valuable arrest: Chiefs receiver avoids charges

Kansas City Chiefs Wide receiver Xavier Worthy will not be charged after his arrest on Friday, said Austin American-Statesman on Saturday.
He was valuable arrested in Texas Friday for alleged attack, according to internet records of prison.
Records pointed to an attack on a family or a household member in which the breathing of the alleged victim was limited. According to the Texas Law, the charge is the crime of third degree, punishes up to 10 years in prison.

However, the district prosecutor Shawn Dick said after talking to multiple witnesses, Williamson’s district power will not file allegations.
“After further investigating the Williamson Sheriff’s Office and further discussions on the third party, Mr. Worthy and his lawyers, this case was rejected at the time until the end of the Investigation of Sheriff’s Williamson County Office,” Dick said in the email, according to edition.

Shortly after the arrest news appears, Lawyers Chip Lewis and Sam Bassett He issued a statement on behalf of Worthy in which they claimed his innocence.

“We are aware of the allegations that led to Mr. Worthy’s arrest,” said the statement received by Associated Press. “We are working with the implementation of the law in Williamson County to ensure that they benefit from the totality of the circumstances that have led to this allegations.”
Lawyers claimed that the “applicant” refused to leave the Worthy home despite numerous requirements. Worthy representatives also claimed that the alleged victim tried to extort the NFL star and described the allegations against their client as “unfounded”.
“In the last two weeks, the complainant has asked to leave the residence of Mr. Worthy after the discovery of her infidelity, which a private investigator has a video of the evidence. She refused to leave the residence and put numerous extorted efforts before resorting to this unfounded accusation against Mr. Worthly.”
According to the statement, the ownership was damaged and was undergoing bodily injuries. Chiefser also informed the authorities that he did not advocate to press the charges, the statement said.

Outlet reported that he was still worthy of Williamson County in prison from 6:50 pm, and it could take a few hours before being released.
