Matthew Stafford will remain in Los Angeles Rams uniform. Double -paired reached an agreement on a restructured contract earlier this week.
Stafford has invested an extension of the contract with Rams 2022, shortly after he led the franchise to the Super Bowl LVI title. The old striker had two seasons on that agreement, but guaranteed that the money disappeared after the 2025 season.
The custom contract comes shortly after Rams gave the Stafford agent green light to talk to other teams while the attacker explored the market. Stafford’s wife Kelly headed to social media on Saturday to react to the news that her husband had been in Los Angeles.

Before he processed his contract with the Rams, New York Giants The Las Vegas Raiders are believed to have participated in conversations on the parameters of the potential agreement, ESPN reported.
Ramsa coach Sean McVay recently suggested that Stafford holding is the main priority of the team. However, McVay also noted that the franchise would have to weigh implications on the roster, the custom contract could present this upcoming season and beyond.

“There is no dispute – and let’s not twist it in relation to anyone wants to be our striker,” McVay said during a “Fitz & Whit” podcast. “Now, there are layers. You have to be able to say, ‘Hey, how are we constantly building? How do we support him? How to ensure that he gets what is his value in relation to these things? “

Stafford was the best choice in the NFL Draft 2009. He spent the first 12 seasons with Detroit lions before traded in Rams in 2021. He finished the season 2024. With 3,762 passing meters.
