Virginia HS star, opponent, star stars, causing head injuries

High school in Virginia The attempt at the track and the field to enter the first place during the race last Tuesday brought the opponent to hit her with a baton, causing her head injuries.

According to Brookville High School Junior Kaelen Tucker, she is still waiting for an opponent from IC Norc High School to apologize.

On Monday, Tucker set up a new National Championship record in the Virginia High School League League (VHSL) in the 55 -meter race, and hoped to help her school win the 4x200m relay on Tuesday.

However, the warmth of the competition was too far away by one opponent, as clear video evidence of the race shows that Tucker hit the head by a runner from Norc, who also threw him in Tucker’s direction after he passed.

Tucker immediately ran from the track and fell down, holding his head.

“So, on the back curve, I somehow cut off and tried to pass it for the first time, so I let it go ahead,” Tucker said WSET ABC 13 In an interview published on Friday. “I knew when I completely curved that I would just have to break through it. So, while we came in the middle of the curve, we ran into our hands a lot. So, I was a little more on the outside of the curve, to visit her.”

“When I finally pushed myself down to go down to her, then she hit me in the head with a stick.”

The racing of the races is very normal on the track, but not how Tucker’s opponent reacted at that moment during the second part of the race.

“The whole part has just sighed,” Tucker’s mother said, Tamarrow about those around her in bleach. “We had a family from the city, her godfathers were here from the Myrtle beach. Everyone just gasped. When I saw her descending, all I could do was escape from a bleach. I just knew I had to get to her.”

“She was kind of hysterical because she just couldn’t believe it happened.”

Rase judges immediately disqualified the Norma “contact interference”, according to WSET ABC 13.

Tamarrow said the doctor was already with her daughter when she went down to the track, although what confused the whole family was a lack of responsibility for what had happened.

They haven’t heard from runners or her coaches since Friday, she said.

“My whole thing was no excuse,” Tamarrow said. “No coaches, no athletes, there is nothing. Even if it was an accident, which I don’t believe is an accident, but nothing. It’s over 24 hours, so I suppose it was the main thing. My child was hurt and no one came to check it.”

The WSET ABC 13 asked Tuckers if the criminal charges would be pressed, and without giving the final response to-or-no, Tamarrow explained his position.

“Of course, everyone gives their opinion of what they think you should do, but it’s someone else’s child,” she said, referring to the attacker. “And I want to consider it too. Yes, she definitely hit my daughter several times, but she’s another child.”

The family said that a doctor’s visit on Friday discovered the symptoms of an earthquake while Kaelen continued to deal with headaches. There were also swelling around the area where the skull fracture was hit.

Kaelen is not allowed on the track until she recovers from the injuries, the mother said.

The Tucker family addressed VHSL and said they had received a call that explained that investigations were underway, and both high schools were working. No discipline, according to Tuckers, has not been announced for the incident.

VHSL did not immediately respond to the Fox News Digital comment request.

At the end of the interview, Kaelen asked from their house what she wanted to tell the opponent who hit her, if nothing else.

“Why did you do that? And why haven’t you apologized yet?” she said.
