Trump’s administration ‘avoided’ a deadline for information on deportation flight, says the judge

The US federal judge said the Government “avoided its obligations” to answer his questions about the deportations of the alleged members of the Venecuela gang this weekend.

James Boasberg, the highest federal judge in Washington, gave the lawyers of the Ministry of Justice on Thursday, and provided the plane information about the Government’s deportation of Venezuelan El Salvador.

They gave a six -passage declaration from an immigration official, saying that the secretaries of the cabinet were considering calling on state secret privileges and did not provide information about the flight he had requested.

Boasberg ordered the government to stop flights of deportations, but the White House said the aircraft had already removed.

The Declaration of the Regional Immigration Officer and Customs Execution (ICE) also repeated previously joint data.

The Government’s answers said they needed more than 24 hours to carefully consider whether to “call on the privilege of state secrets”, allowing the Government to not take sensitive information on national security in lawsuits.

But Boasberg seemed frustrated with that defense.

“For starters, the Government cannot offer a regional ice official to confirm the discussions about the privilege at the state level.[ing]”” He wrote.

He has now given Trump’s administration a deadline for Friday to provide an update of someone who is directly involved in discussions.

Trump has called a rarely used alien enemy law this weekend and deported more than 200 Venezuelanians, claiming that almost everyone was a gang of gang, a moment del del Agua.
