More storms are possible as the cold front moves through the US, and the tornado watches remain in the southeast of the country.
Parts of the United States were still under a tornado hour, and the residents examined great damage because the deadly storms killed at least 35 people in six countries over the weekend.
The meteorologist of the Cody Snell National Meteorological Service said the Tornado watches remained in force on Sunday morning for parts of Carolina, eastern Georgia and northern Florida. He said the main threat would be harmful winds, but more tornadoes remained.
“As we go through the day today, there is still a potential for a difficult time from, say, the Gornje Ohio and West Pennsylvania Valley Down through the rest of the mid-atlantic and southeast, while we have this cold front that still moves all over the country and the eastern coast will not clean until later,” Snell said.
Twenty -six tornadoes were recorded, but it was not confirmed that it touched late on Friday and early Saturday, as the low pressure system launched strong thunderstorms in parts of Arkansas, Illinois, Mississippi and Missouri, David Roth, a meteorologist at the National Meteorological Service.

Governor Mississippi Tate Reeves announced on X that six deaths were reported in the country – one in Covington district, two in the Jefferson Davis district and three in Walthall County.
According to preliminary estimates, 29 people were injured in the entire country and 21 counties suffered damage from Storm, Reeves said.
Three deaths occurred in Arkansas, the State Emergency Management Department announced, adding that there were 32 injuries.
Eight deaths were confirmed in a collision that included more than 50 cars in Sherman district in Kansas, caused by a strong dust storm, Kansas Highway Patrol states. Many injured passengers were taken to local hospitals.
At least three people were killed in central Alabama when more Tornados swallowed the state. Among the killed is an 82-year-old woman who was produced in a home destroyed by Twister, said the Dallas Michael Grantthum Sheriff Sunday.
Collishes caused by dust storms near Amarill in Texas resulted in three death cases, according to the State Public Security Department.
