The best court in Romania supports the prohibition of election for Georgescu

The Romanian Constitutional Court on Tuesday supported a ban that prevented the extreme right -wing candidate Călin Georgesc to participate in the country’s presidential election.
The verdict, which is final, supported the Romanian Election Administration on Sunday Eliminate Georgescu run in May of the vote after allegedly violated the election rules.
Protesters gathered in front of the Bucharest Court on Tuesday in support of Georgescu, which runs public opinion polls with support of more than 40 percent of voters.
Georgescu is at the top of the first round in November, but the result was subsequently canceled by the Constitutional Court after charges that he was illegally benefited from the campaign that Moscow had orchestrated.

The Kremlin banned Georgescu’s ban on choosing in May as “breaking all the democratic norms in the center of Europe.”
Dmitry Peskov, a spokesman for President Vladimir Putin, added: “All the elections to exclude him will be illegitimate.”
