President Donald Trump It will get a “first peek” before the system is presented to the Congress as part of the financing request, Duffy states.

“In the next few days, we will have an announcement. We will have a whole new system. Again, our system is 25, 30 years. We use copper wires, disks. I mean … It’s awful, a system we use,” Duffy said. “It’s sure, but we see cracks of age. So, we’ll build a whole new situation in the artistic system.”

“Let’s go from copper lines to fibers. Our radar, some of the latest models we have from 1982. We will have a whole new radar, brand new air traffic controllers, we will have the sensors on the runway,” Duffy continued. “So they don’t have to stand in the tower and look with a doubt. And often the views of the controller are disturbed. They will be able to see on their screens where aircraft are on, on the asphalt. So, again, top technology that will be arranged. ”
