Ruben Amorim says he and man utd players weaker after Sir Jim Ratcliffe commented on Squad | Football news

Ruben Amorim admitted that Manchester United players are also weaker this season after criticizing cheese Ratcliffe.
Among a series of interviews on Monday, Man utd co -owner said Bbc:: “Some [players] They are not good enough and some are probably overpaid, but for us to design a team for which we are fully responsible and responsible will take time. “
The comments arrived in the midst of media reports that Man UTD will be remodeling the team this summer as they seek to renew and cause trophies.
Asked about Ratcliffe’s comments, Amorim admitted that there were questions that needed to be resolved and said that the team was determined to change his opinion.
Speaking on the eve of the Europa League on Thursday, the last 16th year against Real Sociedad, the main coach of Man Utd said: “I think if we are honest, all – me and players – we are weaker this season, so we can change that.
“For example, you talk about players like Casemir, who have won everything and we know that these kinds of players can play much better.” [Ratcliffe] was honest in that.
“The focus is to change your mind and change all people. It’s the right way to do it. Even people say I’m not good enough for this club, and my feeling is that you can change that with the results. In training, I feel that they want this really bad, especially for tomorrow.”
‘Sir Jim and I are blunt and honest with each other’
Despite Amorim’s own confession, Ratcliffe was far more commendable toward the main coach himself, adding Bbc: “I think Ruben is an extraordinary young manager. I really work … I think he’ll be there for a long time.”
When asked about their own view of their relationship, he added: “It’s really good from day one. We’re really blunt and honest with each other. It’s our character, we’re pretty similar in that.
“I have always felt the support of the committee, especially cheese. I can’t tell you conversations, but they are simple, honest and clear.”
After the plans for the new stadium were confirmed on Tuesday, MAN UD CEO Omar Berrada also said Sky Sports News In order to “like to open a new stadium with Ruben Amorim as our coach,” adding to the realization that the club hierarchy sees the Portuguese remain in the club in the long run.
“I already knew that. All these conversations with them are in the past,” he told Amorliffe and Berrade about his future.
“After the games, they came to the locker room to explain it, but to speak publicly, it is really good for a coach. But we need results and improve the team. But from day one, I felt the support of everyone here.”
In the short term, Amorim also confirmed that there are plans for transfer that will help man UT to improve next year.
He said: “We have a clear plan for addressing next season. We also have a Europa League, and you can get to the Champions League – we are far from this moment, but that can change preparation for next season.
“We know what to do. We know we’re at a difficult moment but it’s important to have a plan and [to know] What kind of players do you need to bring [in]. “
Asked if the club could sell key players to raise funds for transfers, Amorim replied, “We will see. This competition can change everything, so we focus on the game tomorrow.”
