Indian captain Rohit Sharma was at the leader in the finals of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 against New Zealand. The match between the two teams takes place at the International Crown Stadium in Dubai in Dubai.
Rohit Sharma was one of the main reasons behind India at the top of the match against New Zealand. The skipper was tactically great and made magnificent bowling changes that did not allow the opposition impact to settle at all.
Rohit Sharma also made sure that he was behind every player on his team and was animated on the field. The Captain of India, however, made one mistake on the field.
It was during the fifth ball of 35, when Axar Patel was a ball of delivery and Daryl Mitchell headed for the back leg to retreat. However, he did not get the right relationship and managed to get it through the middle part, where he was stationed by India Captain Rohit Sharma.
Rohit Sharma jumped and reached out, but only managed to help the bar in the football language, giving life to Daryl Mitchell. Because of this, his wife, Ritika Sajdeh, who was in the stands, was extremely disappointed.
