President Donald Trump released two Democratic Commissioners in the Federal Commission for a trade on Tuesday, and they both say they plan to sue them to return their job.
The shooting hit the commissioners Alvaro Bedoy and Rebecca Slaughter, who represent a democratic minority in a five -member commission. The White House did not immediately confirm Trump’s crack Fox News Digital officer, as well as Bedoya and Slaughter, have announced public statements, saying that they intend to sue them to return to their roles.
“I am a commissioner at the Federal Commission for Trade. The president only released me illegally,” Bedoya wrote on social media, claiming that Trump wants FTC “to be Lapdog for his golf friends.”
Slaughter published a similar statement by saying that Trump “released illegally”, claiming that the move was “a violation of the ordinary language of statute and clear Supreme Court precedent.”

“We are still commissioners. Let’s sue it all clearly,” Bedoya said in a statement of further investment.
FTC chairman Andrew Ferguson, a Republican who first appointed President Biden’s Commission, and then President Trump, said he had not seen a problem with release on Tuesday.
“President Donald J. Trump is a boss of the executive power and has been awarded all executive power in our Government,” Ferguson wrote. “I do not doubt his constitutional authority to remove the commissioner, which is necessary to ensure democratic responsibility for our government.”
“I would like the commissioners to worship well Bedoya and thank them for their service,” he added.

FTC release are just the latest battle over the boundaries Trump’s executive body. His administration faces numerous lawsuits of dissatisfied former employees throughout the Federal Government, and several federal judges have sought to prevent the efforts of his administration.

Last week, James Boasberg District Court Judge Orally issued a 14-day limit order to stop the deportation of Trump’s administration immediately. Trump deported Gang members according to the alienation laws of 1798, and the order could force two planes full of members of TDA Bandi to return to US soil.

Trump’s efforts to the Federal Government of Elon Male and the Ministry of Efficiency of the Government (Doge) also led to a litany of legal challenges.
