President Donald Trump had hectic first 50 days in power, and according to the words Pga tour Player director Adam Scott, who made an agreement between the tour and the Saudi Liv Golf Circle, is not high on the priority list.
Scott and PGA Jay Monahan Commissioner met with President Trump twice, the last of which was attended by Tiger Woods and Yasir al-Rumayyan, a public governor of the Saudi Arabian Governor Fund behind, Creating LIV.

PGA Tour openly praised these meetings and Trump’s involvement, but Scott said he had received a lot of reality check on his last visit to the White House.

“It was obviously, very soon, when they set up for the Israeli delegation immediately after our meeting and putting Israeli flags and American flags and preparing the space that our conversation was quite low in the importance of what was happening that day,” Scott said with a smile on Tuesday in front of the player championship.
“And really, the president had far more important things to focus on,” he continued, “and I encouraged him to leave and he works so well for everyone after our meeting.”
Scott’s comments and visit White house Come while PGA Tour and Liv Gold has remained inlaught in the process of attempting to reunite Golf World, which suffered a mass up in 2022 after the rival circuit pulled out some of the biggest stars of the tour with lucrative signatures.

Donald Trump was a ‘leader’ in discussions on PGA-LIV, says Jay Monahan
The laid relationship between the two rounds seemed to have signed a framework agreement on Mend after PGA Tour, PIF and World World Tour in June 2023, but the parties involved failed to reach any agreement before the job expired at the end of the year.
Trump’s involvement comes because the PGA Tour seems to negotiate with PIF for the position of minority investors in the new commercial PGA Tour Enterprises.
The idea is to restore top players on the tour, without threatening the integrity of what has already been established, Monahan said this week.

“We are doing everything we can to bring together two sides,” he said ahead of the player championship. “This is said, we will not do this in a way that diminishes the strength of our platform or the very real momentum we have with our fans and our partners. So, while we have removed some obstacles, others remain.”
Monahan also thanked Trump, adding that their goals for the agreement include the same principles.
“President Trump is a lifelong golf fan. He believes strongly in the strength and potential of the game, and was extremely generous with his time and influence to help the agreement agreement,” he said. “He wants to see the game again unite. We want to see the game re -united. His involvement made the possibility of reuniting very real.”
