The 70-year-old was killed and four were wounded in a stab attack in the northern Israeli city of Haifa, the official said.
The attack took place at the bus station on Monday, the Israeli police said, adding that The suspicious striker was killed.
“Paramedics and EMT have declared the death of a man about 70 years old and providing medical treatment and evacuating four injured individuals,” said Magen David Adm.
He said that a man and a woman were about 30 years old, like a 15-year-old boy, also seriously injured.
Earlier, Eli Bin, head of the Emergency Room, Magen David Ada, told Israeli media that four people were wounded in a sting attack.
It was not immediately clear who killed the attacker, whose identity was not immediately known.
Pictures posted on social media have shown several emergency staff who are prone to injured, seen lying on Earth because several ambulances have been parked nearby.
