NHL News: Mikko Rantanen was shattered by a former NC governor after the Progani trade

Roy Cooper, a former northern caroline governor, crossed his finger at the former Carolina Hurricane Mikko Rantanen wing after Rantanen traded on Friday.
Rantanen, 28, played in just 13 matches with Hurricanes after buying him from Colorado Avalanche in January, scoring only two goals during his short.
After an interesting debacle with a long -term contract in Carolina, the hurricane made another store, this time they sent Rantanen to Dallas Stars, a team with which he eventually signed a long -term extension.

“Bad traffic, Mikko. You would love him here, but nis NC did not give the opportunity,” Cooper announced on Social media. “On the other hand, if (hurricanes) got what they got these last 13 games for the playoffs, then this is the best. Now is the time to run Carolina Cup!”
Since Rantanen was not ready to decide on extension and committed in the long run, Hurricane traded him with stars in exchange for Logan Stankoven striker, two elections of the first round and two third rounds, according to an ESPN report.
The stars also sign Rantanen for an eight -year extension of a $ 12 million contracts a year.

It was expected that Rantanen would provide a great impetus for hurricanes, but he had only six points in his 13 games after scoring 64 points in 49 games with avalanche before being traded.
The hurricanes sent Martin Necas and Jack Drury to the avalanche for Rantanen, a huge price for the acquisition of a Finnish wing player.
Necas had 55 points in 49 matches with Hurricanes before they traded and fit well with Colorad, scoring 15 points in 14 games with Lion.
