Jasprit Bumrah, Sanja Samson is not completely fit, LSG hit a triple injury
The IPL 2025 is less than a week away, and several franchises are waiting for fitness reports from some of their key players. According to reports in Cricbuzz, it is learned that, apart from Jasprit Bumrah, Sanja Samson, Mayank Yadav, Mohsin Khan and Avesh Khan, one has yet to obtain approval from NCA.
IPL 2025 is ready to start on March 22 with a blockbuster conflict between Kolkat Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bengalur. However, franchises in Mumbaj Indians, Rajasthan Royals and Lucknow Super Giants would hope for some good news.
Jasprit Bumrah is likely to play the third game for Mumbaj Indians in IPL 2025
All eyes will be on Jasprit Bumrah, as reports claimed that Pacer was ready to miss the first few games. The Premier Fast Bowler has yet to achieve a full fitness from the back injury, which he suffered in the last game of Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25 at the Sydney Crickket Ground in Sydney.
It is learned that Jasprit Bumrah will miss the first two IPL 2025 games for Mumbaj Indians. He is expected to join the team early, but he will not travel with the team at Chennai and Ahmedabad to matches against Chennai Super Kings and the Titan Gujarata 23. and March 29.
Jasprit Bumrah is likely to play the third game for the Mumbaj Indians, which will be played at the Wankhede Stadium on March 31. The game will be against Knight Riders Kolkat, and it is expected that the fast bowlers will receive approval for this game.
Sanju Samson gets a crane for a hit, but no green signal to keep
At the Rajasthan Royals camp, they think about the fitness of skipper Sanja Samson. The guard faced a finger injury during the T20I series against England and, after that, underwent surgery because of the same. Reports claimed that the fitness test had passed, but he had yet to obtain approval to keep.
Sanja Samson is reportedly going to pass some additional fitness tests in the coming days. If he cleanses that he will then be allowed to hold Wikets in IPL 2025. Otherwise, Rajasthan Royals can use Dhruv Jurel services. The 2008 IPL winners will open its campaign against Sunrizers Hyderabad on March 2nd.
LSG awaits a fitness report by Mayank Yadav, Avesh Khan and Mohsin Khan on the eve of IPL 2025
The main concern is at the Lucknow Super Giants Camp. On Rishabh’s side of the carrier there is no clarity over three of its key pacera in Mayanka Yadava, Avesh Khan and Mohsin Khan. Mayak was recovering from a rear stress injury as the Avesh undergoes rehabilitation for the knee cartilage. They are both subjected to rehabilitation.
On the other hand, there is no clarity what is happening to Mohsin Khan. Pacer from the left hand last presented himself in the domestic game on December 31 at Vijay Hazare Trophy 2024-25. He only balls with only 5.5 additions, and since then there has been no clarity on it.
Reports claimed that two of the three Pacers were likely to receive a fitness approval ahead of the first Lucknow Super Giants game against Delhi Capitals. The match will be played in Visakhapatama on March 24th.
