Israel issues a command for the Beirut suburbs as president of Lebanon meets Macron in Paris

The Israeli army sent an emergency command to evacuate the inhabitants of Beirut’s Southern suburb on Friday, while Lebanese President Joseph Aoun first traveled to Europe to speak with French President Emmanuel Macron.
