On Tuesday, with bruises on the face and blood on clothing, Ballal was released from the Israeli police station in the village of the western coast of Kiryat Arba. He and two other Palestinians who were attacked and detained were taken to a nearby hospital.

Ballal said it was held at a military base, connected to the eyes for 24 hours and forced to sleep under the freezing air conditioning.

The soldiers who arrived showed their weapons to Palestinians, while the settlers continued to throw stones, they said.

Israeli police reported on Tuesday that the army had transferred three suspects to it for an investigation into the alleged throw of rocks, property damage and “endangering regional security”. The three were released, provided there was no contact with others involved in the incident. Tsemel said Ballal and the other two Palestinians denied throwing stones.

‘I’m dying!’

In the testimony of his lawyer while in custody, Ballal said he went to shoot the settlers while attacked houses in the village. When he returned to his home, the famous immigrant who threatened him in the past appeared with two soldiers, according to the testimony he saw.

At the entrance to his house, the settler hit Ballal in the head from behind, knocking him to the ground, then hit him with boots over his body and beat his head and face, Ballal said.

Lamia Ballal, the director’s wife, said she was drawn inside with their three children and heard him screaming, “I’m dying!” When she looked out the window, she saw three men in uniforms beating ballala with asses of their rifles and other persons in civilian clothes she seemed to shoot violence.

On Tuesday, a small blood stain outside the Ballal house could be seen, and the windshield and windows broke.

Neighbors pointed to a nearby water container with a hole in the side, which they said were to break through them.

A settler who beat Ballal can be seen with masked men who threatened him in a widely circular video since April.

“This is my country, God gave it to me,” the immigrant says in the video, shouting prints and trying to cause balla to fight him. “It won’t be nice next time,” the settler says.

The Israeli army appointed Masafer Yatta on the southern west coast as a zone of training for a living fire in the 1980s and ordered that residents be expelled, mostly Arabic Bedouin. About 1,000 inhabitants are mostly left in place, but soldiers regularly demolish homes, tents, water tanks and olives.

The settlers also set flags in the area and sometimes attack the villages. Palestinians and rights groups say that Israeli forces usually close their eyes or intervene in the name of the settlers.
