Dinesh Lad also talked about fans not accepting Hardik Pandya as captain of the Mumbaan Indians. He did not comment on it, saying that it was not Pandya VS Sharma and instead was a franchise decision.
“I don’t know the reasons why this happened. I don’t want to say anything about it. He’s a good cricket. As I said earlier, it was a franchise decision, it’s not Hardik vs Rohit.”
There were many rumors about scattering between Sharma and Hardik Pandy during the IPL 2024. However, it all ended after India won the ICC T20 World 2024. The duo binds very well and hoping to take Mumbai Indians this year to the second victory of the title.
The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 should start on March 22, and the Mumbaj Indians will open a campaign against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) on March 23 at the Ma Chimambaram stadium in Chennai.
