FTC is looking for a postponement of the Amazon Prime Deceptive Practices, citing staff deficiencies

The Federal Commission for Trade has asked the judge in Seattl to postpone the start of the trial accusing Amazon Consumer dolphin to apply for their main program, citing staff restrictions.

FTC lawyers made a request during a status hearing on Wednesday before Judge John Chun in the US District Court for Western Washington County. Chun set the start date on September 22 for trial.
