DP World Tour: Scotland’s Calum Hill won the Joburg Open after the final round of 62 three-way play-offs | Golf news

Scottish Calum Hill beat Jacques Kruyswijk and Shaun Norris home duo in the play-offs at The Joburg Open to secure his second World Tour DP title.
The couple in the second additional hole was good enough to win after Norris pulled his second shot into the water and Kruyswijk with three feet with 30 feet.
The trio ended up at the age of 14, under Hill, who started eight rounds for eight shots behind Norris, he made the most of a happy bounce for Birdie 18. And ended the top eight-and 62, the lowest circle of the week.
Hill, whose victory follows his victory at Cazoo Classic 2021 and moves him to 11 in the race to Dubai, said after that: “It is phenomenal. It was a fantastic day and then [to win] Is the cherry on top.
“I had luck with a bounce with a slope [on the 72nd hole] And he made a nice five feet, and then gave me the opportunity to get into this play-off.
“I think that could be my first playoffs ever, so it’s nice to have a 1-0 record.”
Kruyswijk instilled 17. to join Hill at 14 and then missed the bird that he had won in regulation 18 before playing Norris partner with 20 feet to be a three-way play-off.
After all three men steamed the first additional hole, Norris found a bunker of Plovnik on the second and pulled his access to the water after his right foot slid into the sand.
That ended his chances and after Hill was surely ducked on the back of green, Kruyswijk missed his attempt by PAR, he charged his bird’s three-meter path next to the hole.
South African Dylan Frittelli briefly kept direct leading when he inserted the ninth, 10th and 12th and dismissed his second eagle on the 13th, but he broke through 15 and finished a shot in front of the play-offs.
