President Donald Trump sees his trade war as a way to press Mexico to do more to stop the flow of illegal drugs in the US.

BBC correspondent Quentin Sommerville traveled to the border of the US -Mexico and found the smugglers of Fentanil -before talking to the addicts in Philadelphia.

Watch as he meets some of the drug operatives and causes them because of the deaths that cause their pills.
