Chelsea: Erin Cuthbert signs a new contract to stay with WSL champions by 2027. | Football news

Erin Cuthbert signed a new Chelsea contract that will keep her at the club until the summer of 2027.

The 26-year-old Scottish midfielder won over 250 appearances for Chelsea, winning six WSL titles, and the second is the longest player of the women’s team who served the current player behind Millie Bright.

“It’s been eight years, but the feeling of playing for this club never leaves,” said Cuthbert, who also won four FA Cups and two League Cup with Chelsea.

“It’s a good time to think about how much I came in in the last eight years. If you had told a girl who joined Chelsea eight years ago that she would be here, I wouldn’t believe you. I fell in love with the club and they fell in love with me. That’s special.”
