Read O’Keefe and hung out when they accused her of hitting him with her Lexus SUV and left him to die during bitter cold. Most of the night they drank and entered the altercation, according to prosecutors.

“Proctor and his detectives led a careful and thorough investigation into integrity, and despite today’s wrong break up, and great harm and slander, this case has caused him and his family, Proctor still believes that justice will be served,” said Proctor’s family.
“He is grateful for the relentless support of the unions and men and women of state police of Massachusetts. His heart is always with the family of police officer John O’Keefe, who continue to support a long and unimaginable nightmare.”
