Controversial influencers Andrew and Tristan Dad were declared with goals a Criminal investigation Just a few days after returning to the United States in the midst of constant legal troubles in Europe, which include allegations of people and sexual exploitation trade.
“Last week, I sent my office to work with our partners to implement the law to conduct a preliminary investigation by Andrew and Tristan Tate,” Florida General James Uthmeier wrote on Tuesday night. “Based on a thorough inspection of the evidence, I sent a state prosecution office to commit search orders and issues calls in the current criminal investigation of Tate’s brothers.”
The nature of the new investigation was not immediately clear, but it could explore similar allegations as Tates accused of abroad.

Spokesman Uthmeier said that x post “spoke for himself” and sent a a Short video Showing the Attorney General talking to EW Scripps Forrest Saunders journalist recorded on Tuesday in Florida Capitol.
“These guys have publicly admitted to participating in what they seem to seek, trade, crossing women around the world,” he said.
Some of their accusers include minors, he added.
“In Florida, this kind of behavior is considered awful,” he said. “We won’t accept it.”

Andrew Tate, a 38-year-old former MMA fighter, and 37, are also under criminal investigations in Romania and the United Kingdom. They were sued by a woman in Florida, who claimed to be falsely accused them after traveling to Romania to meet them.
Her lawyer, Dani Pinter, praised the Uthmeier’s Office for Starting a New Now with a seat in the US Investigation.
“Florida Ag uthmeier is rightly criminal to investigate the brothers of Dad, who publicly boasted by exploiting women, but constantly sought to undermine the Romanian investigation into these crimes,” she said in a statement. “Over 40 casualties have been identified throughout the Romanian, the United Kingdom and the United States. They deserve justice.”
When they landed on American soil last Thursday after the Romanian authorities abolished the ban on the trip, Andrew Tate told reporters at the Fort Lauderdale airport that despite their prefabricated legal battles, the brothers remain innocent until the guilt is proven.

“There are many opinions about us, a lot of things dealing with the internet around us,” he said. “We are still not convicted of any crime in our lives. Nowhere on the planet do we have a criminal complaint anywhere.”
But Florida Government Ron Desantis quickly announced that the brothers were not welcomed in the State of Sunshine.
David Gelman, a defense lawyer in Philadelphia, said it was unusual for the prosecutor to announce a criminal investigation this early.

“When you get calls and such things, it should be done secretly, because you are an investigation,” he told Fox News Digital. “So, for him to be so desperate for that, or he thinks he has a really, really strong case, or maybe it’s something bigger on the horizon.”
The Tate brothers lawyer did not immediately respond to the comment request, but the brothers posted a two -minute video on X on Wednesday morning, rejecting a new probe as “Strengler Revenge.”
“Andrew Tate is super cool – everyone loves him, and a pile of nerd who want to be cool, who aren’t cool, try to pull me down,” said the older brother.
In the UK, The brothers are accused of not paying taxes, and it is expected that Andrew Dad will be extradited there on charges of sexual aggression after the conclusion of his Romanian case, which remains in progress.
