The court branch behaved “wrong”, according to the print secretary of the White House, after several judges blocked various executive commands from the President Donald Trump.
“I would like to mention that the judges in this country are wrongly wrong,” the secretary of the Karolina Leavitt White House said on Wednesday. “We have judges who act as partisan activists from the bench.”
On Saturday, Judge James Boasberg, with the District Court of the United States for Columbia, issued an order that stopped Trump’s administration from the deportation of migrants allegedly part of the gang of de Aragua according to the 1798 Enemy Law. The law allows the deportation of the natives and citizens of the enemy nation without hearing.
However, the flights transporting migrants continued towards El Salvador, and Leavitt said on Sunday that the command had no “lawful basis” since Boasberg issued it after the flights left the US airspace.

In the meantime, Trump called Boasberg’s imperative on Tuesday in the post of social media, which made the Chief Judge of the Supreme Court John Roberts to make a rare statement condemning Trump’s remarks.

“It is incredibly obvious that the effort is extremely left to judge the trade, chose judges who obviously act as partisan activists from the bench in an attempt to overthrow the agenda of this president,” Leavitt said. “We won’t let that happen.”
Leavitt said that although flights to deport illegal immigrants in El Salvador are not currently scheduled, the campaign of the mass deportation of Trump’s administration will continue with the proceeds of the litigation in this case.

“We do not plan to separate flights, but we will continue with mass deportations,” Leavitt said. “And I just want to mention that in this case, the judge is basically trying to say that the President has no executive power to deport foreign terrorists … This is a terrible abuse of the bench.”
