When he arrived for the comment, the Oxford Center lawyer posted a statement to Fox 2, saying that they were fully cooperating with investigators, although they were disappointed in accusations.
“The time of these accusations is surprising, because the typical protocol after the fire -related accident has not yet been completed. There are still extraordinary questions about how it happened. “She was in the waiting room and she was warned that something was wrong. Something wrong. She hurried where her son was, and she tried and tried to get him out and … she wasn’t able to,” James Harrington of Fieger Law told Fox News Digital. “She supported serious, significant burns in this attempt to save her child.”
The Fieger Law is investigating the incident, and Harrington believes that Oxford Center “was influenced and had no resources for this emergency.”

When police and fire officers arrived at the scene, Thomas was dead in the chamber, while Annie suffered injuries on her arm.
Annie and her husband, Thomas’s father, James Cooper, buried the five -year -old on February 13th. Thomas was “known to all his friends, family and teachers as curious, energetic, smart, leaving and a thoughtful little boy,” his obituary said.
