Two French physicists sentenced to prison for attacking the Russian consulate in Marseille

Two French physicists were sentenced to eight months in prison on Thursday for throwing domestic explosive devices at the Russian Consulate in Marseille. Scientists, who work at the French State Research Agency, said they were aimed at “drawing attention to the state of the world.”
