Family and friends of one of the 67 victims killed in US airlines, and a military helicopter collision in Washington, DC, was Kansas City Chiefs Superfan with plans to watch Super Bowl with his family.
“He was a big fan of the chief, so he would like us to watch the play of Super Bowla and roots for the bosses. He was looking forward to that game!” Kristen Miller-Zahn, sister of Dustin Miller, wrote in honor on the Goofundme page.
Dustin Miller (43), IT professional from El Dorada, Kansas, was among 67 victims who died When a flight of American Airlines 5342 collided with the US Army helicopter in Washington, DC, in the evening of January 29.
Miller’s family said he was on a convicted flight from Wichite to DC, on his way to Rochester, New York, on a working trip.

“While his mother rejected him at D. Eisenhower Airport at Wichiti, he said he wanted to be sure that he would return home on time watching the chiefs play in Superbowl,” the post continued. “He even bought a plane ticket for his brother Jon to fly to Kansas from Arizona so that everyone could watch the match at home with his mom and father.”
Just before take off, Miller’s family said he sent a message to his boss and spoke with a friend, describing the celebratory mood among the crew and passengers because it was the last flight of the day.
Miller also mentioned “how cool it was, which are Russian skaters on board,” on the Tribute page, was written by Audra Rogers, a close family friend.
“He was looking forward to rooting city bosses in Kansas in Superbowl. Now his extended family is planning to gather together with friends, classmates, associates and community members to celebrate his life and ask for everything he wants to honor Dustin to help you cheer the chiefs in his honor.”
City bosses Kansas and Philadelphia Eagles meet in Sunday Super Bowl. Kickoff is at 6:30 pm in Caesars Superdome in New Orleans and Fox.

Miller’s boss, Jack Herklotz, also added honor, calling Miller a “friend and a great person who was accidentally excellent IT guy”.
“He could understand almost everything and I could always count on him that” he would only take care of it. “He was a great mentor to his associates who counted on him to teach them complicated systems and help them in a serious problem. Herklotz wrote.
Miller’s sister said her brother “would be so touched by pouring love and support from people.”

Sixty -four people, including four crew members, were in Brod American Airlines Flight 5342 and three soldiers were on Army Sikorsky Uh-60 Black Hawk This came from Fort Belvoir to Virginia when the aircraft collided.
Investigators with the National Transport Safety Committee said they hoped to have a preliminary report within 30 days, although a full investigation could take at least a year.
