The US was seized on Thursday by another aircraft associated with the Venceuelan Prime Minister Nicolás Madura in the Dominican Republic. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio personally monitored the surgery while visiting Santo Domingo, while the tension between Washington and Caracas continued. Now another of Madur’s planes in September 2024 seized.
