Authorities explore triple murder that includes Florida who was the subject of warning about amber issued for her young daughter last weekend.
Nathan Gingles, 43, was charged with three first -degree murder points after being charged with abducting his four -year -old daughter, Seraphine Ginggles, February 16th.
While the girl was later found on a safe, mother, grandfather and neighbor was killed.

Authorities responded to a shooting reports at about 6 o’clock on Sunday in Tamarac, Florida, in the house, where they discovered 64-year-old David Ponzer, a seraphic grandfather, with a wound to shoot at the rear paved part of the house, Sheriff’s Broward district said in a statement for the public. Ponzer was declared dead at home.
As part of that investigation, the police learned that the four -year -old was taken from the house and a warning of the amber amber was issued to the public.
The implementation of the law believed that her father had taken her in the Silver BMW X3 of 2016 with a registry table in Texas and that she was in danger. The authorities also believed that Seraphin’s mother, Mary Gingles, 34, was with them.

A few hours after Amber Alert was issued, detectives reported that they had found Nathan Gingles and his daughter, who was unharmed, shortly before 11am in northern Lauderdale.
Nathan Gingle was initially arrested on charges that he had violated the prohibition regarding any contact with the child and mother.
Mary Gingles was found later dead from a firearm wound Inside the second house of Tamara on the northern Plum Bay Parkway. And the other man, 36-year-old Andrew Ferrin, was found dead in the same house, police reported.
The Broward County Sheriff searched a nearby channel and found a gun believed to have been used in crimes, police said.

Ginggles was held at Fort Lauderdale’s main prison and faced with three points of thoughtful first -degree murder with a gun, according to to the prisoner’s record.
He also faces accusations of violating the prohibition relating to contact with the child or child’s mother and interfering with custody of the juvenile.
Ferrin was a neighbor, NBC6 reported, adding that Mary was trying to get help when Ferrin replied to the door and that she was shot.
“That’s unthinkable,” Ferrin Uncle said. “The woman was in the neighborhood that was knocking on the real door, and my nephew that was at home accidentally opened the door.”
Court records show that Mary and Nathan Gingles went through a divorce and that Nathan Gingles had two orders to control domestic violence, according to Miami Heralda.
Seven MPs of Sheriff’s Brower District were laid out after acting with the calls that led to the Triba Tamarac Case of Triple Murder, announced Sheriff Gregory Tony at a press conference on Wednesday.
In one incident, Mary called MPs in December and said her husband threatened to kill her. Tony said the deputy replied and spent more than 30 minutes collecting information from Mary and maybe had enough evidence to arrest Gingles, but did not arrest him.
“We could have done more. … I don’t distract us from responsibility,” Tony said at a press conference. “We don’t just look at isolated incidents. We have a strong list of all the calls for the services that have happened in that place to come or come from husband or come from wife.”
Mary’s divorce request also states that Nathan is “former military and has high security approval,” according to Miami Herald.

“I don’t want the public to lose faith,” Tony added at a press conference on Wednesday. “When we correct this situation, I will send a fear of God among this whole agency.”

The Broward County Public Buster Office, who appointed the judge in the case, did not immediately respond to the comment on behalf of the Gingles.
