The Colorado School District sues Trump administrator for fear of cracking on ice attacks on campuses
The largest public school district in Colorado is the first in America to sue Trump’s administration due to the fears of ice raids that take place on school basics.
Public schools in Denver filed a federal lawsuit against the Ministry of Internal Security and DHS secretaries Kristi Noem for their decision to remove the policy that marked the schools – and other areas, such as churches – as sensitive locations, so limiting the implementation of immigration.
Politics was adopted in 2011 Former President Barack Obama.
The school system claims that the abolition of politics caused schools to devote time and resources to teaching students and staff to stay safe from implementing immigration.

“DPS is distracted in the fulfillment of their mission to provide educational and life services to students who refrain from attending DPS schools due to the fear of the implementation of immigration implementation that take place on the school basics of DPS,” said Associate Press.
The school system also claimed that the attendance had significantly reduced the decision.

The aim of the lawsuit is for Trump’s administration to hope that it will re -establish a policy that forbids the activities of immigration implementation to take place in schools, although ice attacks on school bases have not occurred.
Public schools in Denver have trained staff on how to deal with ICE officers if they appear at school, telling them to reject agents of entries if they do not have an order signed by the judge.

The lawsuit also stated that there are more than 90,000 students in Denver public schools During the school year, 2023-2024, and about 4,000 were immigrants.
Denver has recorded a mass jump in recent years, as the City has been predicting that nearly 43,000 people have arrived on the area from the southern border, according to a lawsuit.
