How to replace a shower cartridge:

Discard the old filter: Once you remove the front panel, place it on a flat surface and twist the lid in the opposite clockwise direction to open it. Remove the old filter and discard it.
Add a new one Filter: Put your new filter in the correct place. Make sure the wider side is facing down! Roll the lid in the clockwise direction until the arrows on the cap flatten.
Return the front panel to: Gently press the front panel back into the shower body until you hear it click. If you notice that it doesn’t happen easy, go back if you completely tightened the lid. Once you hear that click, you’re done!
My experience: (and girls experience):
