Luke Williams was discharged as the main coach of Swanse City after a terrible shape.
The defeat of Stoke City during the weekend meant that it was just one victory in the last 10 games in all competitions, and the club decided it needed change.
Alan Sheehan was put into a temporary accusation.
Assistant coach Ryan Harley and the first team analyst George Lawtey also left the club.
Swansea City Chairman Andy Coleman said: “This was a difficult decision and one that was not made easily. Luka led the club over several demanding periods and appreciate his hard work.
“I am aware of the efforts that have invested him in the last 13 months for Swansea City. I want to personally thank Luke, Ryan and George for their dedication and victims they have done on behalf of the club.
“Unfortunately, since the turn of the year, our performances and the results were not of the standards needed at this level. Ultimately, it led us to conclude a change in order to achieve improvement in our field exhibitions.
“We will inform the fans about development when we are able to announce a new main coach, while Alan, his staff and our team focus on our upcoming knots.”
Swansea hosts Blackburn in Heavenly bet Championship on Saturday.
