SENS. Dave McCormick, R-Pa., And John FettermanD-Pa., Put Party Politics to support Philadelphia Eagles Superbowl Lixtrading in his partisan quarrel for a friendly bet with Senar Roger Marshall, R-Kan.
Pennsylvania senators are both fans of Pittsburgh Steeler who were “all in birds” on a big game. Before the birds could fly on Sunday night, Marshall, who is a Kansas City Chiefs fan, announced the friendly bet of Senator. With the victory of Eagles, Marshall will have to wear Eagles Gear and will be owed by McCormick and Fetterman Kansas City Grill.
“@Orogermarshallmd, you are. Let the best team win. I look forward to eating some KC BBQ and seeing you how sports broadcasting @eaves,” McCormick replied to Marshall.
“I have to stop at @senmccormickp’s office to get a part of that barbecue because we win in this bet,” Fetterman added.

While McCormick united forces with his democratic colleague to support the eagles, a Republican senator caught playing to play at Air Force One President Donald TrumpMarshall and other colleagues of the Senate.
President Trump has signed an executive order that declared on February 9th “Day of the Bay of America,” and the aviation flew by a newly renamed body leading on the way to Super Bowl Lix. After the game, McCormick said he had talked to the president about the promise of a campaign for Pennsylvania.
“[I] They had the opportunity to talk to him and advocate Pennsylvania to maintain the promises we gave to release energy dominance, prevent the threat of the fentanis that the devastating of our community and demolished the cost of living, “said McCormick.

Fetterman crossed McCormick online during his 2024 senatorial campaign, calling him “Connecticut Dave”. But McCormick and Fetterman have found common ground for Pennsylvania since the election – more than only football teams and friendly bets.
McCormick and Fetterman agreed in January “interrupt bread”, meeting at dinner with their women to talk about politics for Pennsylvania.
Fetterman was one of the few democratic senators who are willing to work over the passage under Trump’s second term. He met with Trump in Mar-a-Laga and met with nominated for his cabinet on Capitol Hill.
